Penn State Code of Conduct

The Student Code of Conduct ("Code") sets forth the community standards and procedures that maintain and protect an environment that is conducive to learning and supports Penn State’s educational objectives.

We will cover the Code as it relates to drug and alcohol misuse, as well as the action plans that are applied when a student accepts or is found responsible for violating the Code.
