The following drug and alcohol-related laws apply in Pennsylvania. The laws apply to anyone who violates them - including students from other countries. Laws may vary in other states.
International students: In additional to being held responsible for Pennsylvania laws and the Penn State Code of Conduct, receiving any type of alcohol-related violation may affect your standing and stay in the U.S. and should, therefore, be avoided.
