Underage Drinking

It is illegal for anyone under 21 years of age to attempt to purchase, consume, possess, or knowingly and intentionally transport any alcoholic beverage.

Parental notification:

By law, the police department where the violation occurs is also required to notify parents or guardians of all underage drinking violations.
