Selling or Furnishing Alcohol to Minors

It is illegal to intentionally or knowingly sell or furnish or purchase with the intent to sell any liquor or malt or brewed beverages to persons less than 21 years of age - even if YOU are under 21.

Penalties:

Penalty	1st offense	2nd and subsequent offenses
Fine *	$1,000 - $2,500	$2,500
Jail Time	up to 1 year	up to 1 year
